TESTIMONIALS

I have been dealing with a herniated disk and SI joint dysfunction since Sept of 21. Numerous of Dr Visits with specialist, chiropractor and PT’s and having uncomfortable procedures done with no positive outcome. Dry needling has been a huge game changer for me on top of working on my flection and strengthening. I started my first dry needling session on 7/14. 1 session per week. I am FIVE sessions in and my outlook has changed completely. I was under the impression I would have to move with caution for the rest of my life. Josh assured me that would not be the case and he will help me get back to normal. When I heard this five weeks ago, I couldn’t help but think “yeah okaaay.” Nothing towards Josh but having to go through this for a year and barely getting any relief was hard for me to think normal would ever be my case. My journey towards healing is only up from here.

I was hurt in a car accident almost 5 years ago and was in constant pain. I tried everything possible to take the pain away. Once I started with Josh, my neck and lower back pain started to dissipate. After a couple of months the pain was barely there. I felt I was getting my life back. Dry needling is the only thing that took the pain away and kept it away.
